What are my shipping options?
Priority Mail usually ships within 2 to 5 business days for addresses in the United States - (all international orders usually take 7 to 14 business days); your shipment will arrive after you receive your shipment confirmation email. If you do not provide a valid email address, you will not receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.
Deliveries are made on Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
When will I receive my order?
All United States orders usually arrive 2 to 5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email from our Shipping & Handling Department and International orders usually take between 7 to 14 business days. Free Shipping is only available within the United States and Canada.
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. They may be affected by factors over which we have no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays and Post Office delivery restrictions.
International packages are delivered via The United States Postal Service.
Local Customs and Immigration agencies determine any duties or taxes that may be levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibilty of the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.
We do not offer shipping insurance and International tracking orders.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation after your order has been shipped from our Shipping & Handling Department.
Overnight Shipping?
This service is not available at the moment, but we are defiantly working on having it in the future. Please check with us periodically regarding updates pertaining to overnight shipping.
Where can I ship my order?
Almost anywhere in the United States, Canada and international addresses with the following considerations:
Your shipping address must be verifiable. For your protection, orders can be shipped only to your billing or a verifiable alternate address. If you wish to ship a order to an address other than your billing address, please type it in when you fill out your payment details form.
